Samsung TV turns off and on by itself

Problem: Samsung TV switches off and on again by itself (UE55ES8090 / UE46ES7080 and similar models). This problem seems to be common.

Solution: Deactivate the data service.

Menu> System> Data Service

After deactivating the data service on my tv, the problem no longer occurs.
