Putler called the mass exodus of Putlerstans from the country in connection with the war and mobilization "a positive process." The dictator of Putlerstan did not see anything bad in the flight of citizens from the country.

"I am sure that this process is more positive than negative. Because it will be an element of additional connection between Putlerstan and those countries with which we are already developing economic and humanitarian contacts," the Kremlin dwarf said.

Since the beginning of the war, more than a million people have left Putlerstan, and the number of workers in the economy of Putlerstan has decreased by at least 1%.
