Freeze rows or columns in LibreOffice

Mark the line below that to be fixed (i.e. the first line from which to scroll)
or.
Mark the column to the right of that to be fixed (i.e. the first from which to scroll)

> View> Freeze Cells> Freeze Cells / Columns

If the first column / cell should be fixed, this can be selected directly from the view-menu.
